My Fat Equals Lame – October 8th Update

Well, being sick certainly doesn’t help the weight loss efforts.  I tend to crave a lot of breakfasty foods when I’m sick.  And, I’m super tired and completely unmotivated as far as exercise goes.  It’s the perfect storm.  So, no loss to report this week.  I’m steady at 260.  Lame.

I’m still feeling pretty crappy, but I’m going to try to force myself to get to the gym tonight or tomorrow.  Question for you gym rats out there: Do you hit the gym when you’re sick?  Do you find that it makes you feel better, or do you leave feeling more exhausted and sick?

Now, back to my steady diet of Airborne, EmergenC, and orange juice.  Not sure what the opposite of scurvy is, but I intend to find out.

    When Phuong and I saw you this weekend we both thought you had lost weight and were looking good.

    Just do what feels like it will help. I usually end up doing a light cardio workout and then sit in the sauna or hot tub. Today I went back to bed for three hours because that seemed like the best solution.
