Hot Stove Report

Sorry to disappoint you, but this has nothing to do with baseball.

I recently moved into a new place, and was profoundly disappointed when I discovered the kitchen’s electric stove.  Electric stoves are the bane of even cooking’s existence.  Am I right or am I right?  Right.

But, today I discovered something extraordinary – electric stoves get water to its boiling point about three times as fast as their superior gas counterparts.  This is quite handy, especially right now, since I really want some dinner, and wheat pasta is on the menu.

In other news, this is probably the lamest post yet here on My Blog Equals Lame.  I feel like I need to go read RedBook and log onto the Better Homes and Gardens website.

    You are right! And, so far, my electric stove top DOES NOT boil water faster than the gas type and it’s relatively a new one! Any good cook will swear by their gas stove! Me want a gas stove :o(
